Payment terms:
As per our export regulations, we cannot ship any order without receiving the payment for it. We have to submit an advance payment certificate (APC) at the customs when shipping. The bank, which issues the APC, only does so after receiving the payment in our favor. Payments can be made by bank transfers. All bank charges have to be borne by the buyer.


Shipment:
The shipments of our orders are done by any method requested by our customers. If not specified by our customers, we ship merchandise by air through international couriers, preferably by DHL or UPS, or by air cargo such as Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines, Thai Airways etc (whichever is convenient and economical as per the buyers destination.). It usually takes four to seven working days to reach any destination.
